Good point. And I do agree with you. I was mostly referring to the problem when someone fancies him/herself an expert, sort of like 'beware the man of one book' who, after reading the "Such-and-such for Idiots" all of a sudden turns into a self-proclaimed, self-appointed guru. What typically happens then is that such 'expert' starts proselytizing his newly won 'knowledge'. It's a slippery slope, and there's plenty of do-gooders walking around nowadays, teaching us how to raise our children, how to order caffe latte, how to put the condom on, and many other useless crap. I say live and let live. -- magiccarpetride ------------------------------------------------------------------------ magiccarpetride's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=37863 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=86483 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list audiophiles@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
