It's quite hard to decouple the speakers from the wall - especially a
stud wall and especially if you use 'in-wall' loudspeakers - most of
which actually clip to the wall and so transmit a lot of energy to it.
Many are just rebadged car speakers too. Not what you want. 

I'd go for a pair of ATC SCM7s and mount them in a way that decouples
them from the wall as much as possible, and make your own grill. 

Wall brackets might be a good compromise - especially if they are
designed by the same people that make the speakers. PMC DB1s have some
nice ones, and are fine speakers too.
