Ok, since this thread is necromanc'd, I'll throw in my system, which is probably more of a Hi-Fi system than an audiophile one.
SB Touch without those pesky caps -> adequate RCA cables -> NAD C315BEE integrated amp -> sturdy speaker cables -> Audiovector M1 Signature speakers. I think I may need a new amp.
