Yes and a decent hardware store in a fairly big city should have even
"imperial" nuts bolts and screws . Or at least they can order it for you
.

And while there, buy hex tools in inch ! 

Aah standards they are so good that everone has one :) ( I get that a
lot from my customers "thats our standard ...." )
