Old tread let's see if someone took it further.

Problem with a digital equalizer is that the supposed loop is not a real
loop. One would expect the loop as last Out-In just before the DAC.
The loop is to early in the digital line - it can only be used in
between LMS and DAC. 
The other digital inputs (the ones not used for the equalizer loop) do
connect directly to the DAC, leaving the equalizer out when selected.

In theory one could make an hardwire change so that the loop is after
switching between LMS / Toslink / RCA / BNC / balanced.

Did anyone make a kind of change to get a digital equalizer into a loop
after the selection of all inputs?
Is it possible ? - the signal should still be in a spdif sequence (and
not already be converterd to i2s)

I'm lacking an electronic diagram, could be of help, is it somewhere
around?
