Has anyone performed an audit on a Facilities Maintenance department? Our
maintenance is separated into "equipment" and "Facilities". We have
performed an audit on the equipment part, but it is too different from the
facilities section to use the same procedures. Also, our facilities
maintenance costs are partially recovered from tenants who use our
facilities, so that is another aspect of the audit I need.
