Does anyone have any experience with ACL's DirectLink product that interfaces directly with SAP? This product is installed on the SAP server and provides a direct link that is supposedly superior to using SE16 and SE17 to download data. I need some recommendations before IT will install it. IT is always sensitive about any non-SAP product and how SAP performance might be affected. If possible, I'd like to get some names of persons who wouldn't mind receiving a phone call from our IT staff.
