I have recently joined my organization as the Director of Audit Services. One area we need to address is an Audit Division operating manual. I have put together a table of contents (TOC) from prior firms, but would like to seek ideas from other individuals.
For those willing, I would appreciate getting a copy of the TOC from your audit operating manual as well as creative ideas on how to format, delivery options (web, hardcopy, others) and who you share it with outside your division.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Sung,
We have a career path document that we use, so that an auditor who achieves
certain standards/accomplishments can be promoted to the next level without
there being an open position. I will attach our document to this email. If
the @list cannot take attachments, please let me know and I'll send it
directly. IF you have any other questions, pleae feel free to call.

Hi Everyone,
Our Internal Audit department is researching a promotion indicator checklist
that we can use when promoting auditor from Auditor I (first year auditor)
to Auditor II (auditor below senior auditor). Does anybody have a promotion
indicator or checklist they would be willing to share? Any guidance and
feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sung Kim
