But I will stop further investigations concerning AUFS and the kernel message that occurs during the GNOME Desktop session log in. Maybe the reason for the kernel message lays in the collaboration of AUFS and the GNOME virtual file system (gvfs). Because the GNOME system structures aren't very clear for me, I don't want invest more time to locate the reason of the AUFS kernel message. In my opinion, I can live with this message and if I see it right, the message doesn't point on an error, an error that can harm the file system and it contents.
I think the above task should be managed by the GNOME and AUFS developers. Both of them should have enough knowledge in their domain to look after this problem. I as ordinary user want use the things - surely one week for bug hunting is enough. Don't misunderstand the sentences above. I like the work you are doing and I like your fast and comprehensive user support. After all, I hope you are further interested on a new version of the script bldchaufs. Again thanks a lot.
