In fact, it seems to be the same problem as
https://fedorahosted.org/augeas/ticket/86
The problem is : openldap doesn't care about the order, we can put TLS
stuff at the end of the file, it won't cry..
As we're trying to set this up via puppet, it seems that we cannot set any
order with augeas type...
Any idea ? maybe this order thing was only for old slapd ?
