#138: 0.7.3: no error when lens fails to parse file

Previously, when a lens failed parsing a file, you could find details of
what gone wrong by looking in /augeas/files/<filename>.
After upgrading from 0.7.2 to 0.7.3, I can't find anything, neither in
/augeas/files/<filename> nor in /files/<filename>
