#232: Phpvars lens does not recognise common tokens

The Phpvars lens does not appear to recognise several things:
* `<?` as an opening tag (tho it recognises `<?php` opening tag)
* Either `?>` or `php?>` closing tags
* Comments starting with `#` (but it does know C and C++ style `/* */ //`
comments)
* Other things... but I can't find exactly what's causing the error.
