This is a tough one currently. When the lens was created, it was decided
to allow single quotes inside values and only double quotes outside of
them, to avoid ambiguities.
In order to fix this issue, the concept of square lenses would have to be
improved to allow applying it to quotes (this would improve a lot of
existing lenses).
Francis would probably be the best person for this, if he was willing to
do it.
