Hi! I'm writing an addon for Node.js on Ilumos (aka Solaris).
Here are issues I've found and solved:
1. Building out of source tree (see patch 01-gnulib.patch)
2. Building on system without uselocale() (see 02-escape.patch)
3. augeas.h should be wrapped by extern "C" {} - please, do not use
__BEGIN_DECLS ;-)
