 I think the failures are legitimate indeed, but the patch makes it really
 hard to typecheck lenses such as Shellvars, since they use tons of memory.
 We could use the patch to detect ambiguities in recursive lenses, and then
 deactivate the check once they are found… Maybe there could be an option
 to turn on recursive typecheck in augparse for example.
