Thanks very much for the report + patches. I've pushed all three:

I've fixed inetd.conf IPv6 support in
cfd0aaadd0741942de93c8e25de2ca8485a3eb22.
As discussed on IRC, due to the complexity of rc.local, this should be
excluded downstream on OpenBSD as you've done for adduser.conf.
nginx is the only one left, which I think is because it doesn't support
recursion.
