The exclusion filter for fonts.aug could be loosened a bit, since
/etc/fonts/fonts.avail/ may also contain a README.
Attached is a diff to ignore READMEs in all subdirs; if this is too
liberal the filter should be modified to have:
. excl "/etc/fonts/conf.avail/README"
. excl "/etc/fonts/conf.d/README"
