Quite some lenses are adding Util.stdexcl to their filters while they
don't do wildcard includes. This diff fixes that.
Please note that I also removed Util.stdexcl from constructs like "incl
/path/*.yada". I've done this since Util.stdexcl only seems to be for
"non-suffixed wildcards", like "/path/yada.*".
