Yes, but not that one.  You need to use "setm" instead, which is
designed for this scenario.  Try something like:

setm /files/etc/yum.repos.d/*/*[label() =~
regexp('.*-debuginfo|.*-source')] enabled 0

See also "augtool help setm".
