Hello,
I don't know what obviousness you're referring to exactly, since both the
fix and the test case can be found in 1.0.0, as well as in HEAD.
Can you open a new bug with the description of the symptoms you're seeing,
and we'll see if it needs to be marked as a duplicate of this one (which
is not very likely, since this one is fixed to this day).
