I found the problem

$ cat /etc/iptables/iptables.rules
# open up ports for tupkg
-A INPUT -i eth0 -p tcp -m tcp --dport 1043 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -i eth0 -p tcp -m tcp --dport 1045 -j ACCEPT

port mistyped in firewall. But to fix it needs someone with root shell...
