Reasons: [1-12] XInput 2.2 is now in mainline Xorg, so the Ubuntu
patches are no longer needed. [13] Ubuntu's patches for
utouch-geis are no longer needed. The upstream utouch-geis compiles and runs
perfectly now. [14] This is not developed upstream anymore and
doesn't work with the latest versions of Unity. [15] Ubuntu's
patches are no longer needed. [16] Bumblebee has built-in methods of
detecting the DSDT section that turns off the discrete graphics card.
