[aur-general] Merge python3-sphinx-hg into python-sphinx-hg

In order to keep naming consistent, please merge python3-sphinx-hg[0]
into python-sphinx-hg[1]. I own both of the packages (the python3 one
was disowned by the previous maintainer recently).
