PS to the maintainers of those packages: I didn't yet contact you
because I'm not sure I can move them yet.
This might be frowned upon as I'm not a TU (I can remove my votes if
this isn't kosher), but I'd support any TU's wanting to move a package
to [community] so I voted for them. Fair warning though, echoping is
orphaned and python-ansi2html is flagged out-of-date.
