phrik is currently running supybot[0], but you don’t really want it. He will possibly be migrated to limnoria[1] somewhat Soon™, which is a fork of supybot and that’s actually developed and what you should use instead of supybot, while the supybot project is dead.
Another option I’d rather suggest looking at is Bucket[2] which is the bot used in the XKCD channels, or some other bot because supybot is rather bad.
