any previous discussion about that.
It was explained you twice, the super-mario-bros and super-mario-bros-2
packages were only ROM files downloaded from archive.org and run using
a NES emulator. AUR is not the place where to upload ROMs to be run with
emulators.
Whatever you plan to do with your `ur` is irrelevant to the super-mario-bros{,-2}
deletion decisions.

I have left messages in reply to Muflone's request on both aurweb and commit
logs and asked there to open a request for comments here.
Deleting those packages leveraging higher judgement of administrative permission
is not nice as I see it, it's a rule I don't favour as it creates attrition.
The observation I made which didn't receive a reply have not been addressed
on here either.
They are not accessible, I would love if Muflone were to post them himself,
as he made them unavailable by deleting the package.
It's also why I didn't include them, you know.
To have others feel the same annoying not being able to recover the info
required to handle the request.
Anyway, I have not uploaded any rom on the aur.
I've let a software as any other being accessible through a package, exactly
same way as a let's say, a flash version of tuxrace.
I do not see this decision nor the followingby him to suspend the account
as fair.
I don't see as fair the deletion of others my packages I see incoming.
Again, it's a behaviour only pushes me to want a something which does not
need any authority to work.
From my point of view the only allowed action by Muflone or any other 'admin'
on any package should be 'its not okay for me', no more.
Same for I don't know, the arch team.
It's arch team opinion, that's all.
I would ask for any formal complaint to be processed.
I do not like almost about anything of how this whole 'ticket' is being
handled frankly.
I never said the ur is irrelevant in having that package in the repo, quite
the opposite.
About the yuzu thread, this effect is obtained through having accessed,
as other times, the mailing list through the delta chat application, so
I don't even know on which subject I were replying to.
To exceptions follow exceptions.
As above, not posting details about the issue highlights to me the absurdity
of
- having the package comment data be deleted at package deletion
- having a non-voting based deletion process.
I find the observations about the ur being a threat to the aur total non-sense.
The ur solves that resources from the aur can be obscured or deleted.
Having anybody being able for any reason to make an aur resource inaccessible
is a strikening defect of the project as I see it.
Its a fork in the sense that it is gonna become an upstream if the aur does
not yrovide the resource, so effectively becoming a fork probably over time.
I do not see any of the observations made on any crypto worth relevant,
as the 'arbitrarly cheap blockchain' only means it's provided a working
publishing tool.
My 'adversarial' position derives from having had to make people notice
the dmca exception in many places over time, so having Muflone deleting
the package on the basis super mario is different than any other single
file binary executable provided by a videogame publisher is quite surprising.
Having the package being deleted before the ur is at a stable version is
also what spurred my frustration, since it solves the issue definitely without
additienal waste of time.
