oech3 [1] filed a request to merge opera-extras-bin [2] into opera-
ffmpeg-codecs-bin [3]:
Since we already have opera-{beta,developer}-ffmpeg-codecs-bin, it
would be better to improve opera-ffmpeg-codecs-bin and sub-maintain
it.
Update cycle of it will be improved by
