innoextract builds with boost 1.89 just fine and was rebuilt on it
with 1.9-14.

`innoextract-boost1.89.0-fix-git` is not intended to be a direct
replacement for `innoextract 1.9`, but as an alternative to
<https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/innoextract-git>.
<https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/innoextract-git> currently does not
build due to the breaking change from Boost 1.89.0, and upstream has not
fixed the issue yet. The Arch Linux package`innoextract 1.9` builds fine
with Boost 1.89.0 because Arch applies a custom patch.
