Request #78546 has been Rejected by Knotrocket [1]: I did report it to GitHub and have not gotten a response yet, so I will close this. Note that I also submitted a deletion request for `prismlauncher-offline-bin` which was uploaded by a different user but that PKGBUILD looks fine as well.
