jasongodev [1] filed a request to merge freenet [2] into hyphanet [3]: freenet was renamed to hyphanet in 2023. The term "freenet" is now used by upstream to refer to freenet.org programs that is totally different from the old freenet and hyphanet. All AUR efforts will now be in hyphanet moving forward.
