a821 [1] filed a deletion request for swaymsg-root [2]: Abandoned package, no comments, no votes, and flagged out of date for 2 years. Upstream repo is gone (maintainer was developer), though the sources are hosted in the AUR (which are just a couple of lines). Safe to delete.
