m040601 [1] filed a deletion request for vim-eunuch [2]: PKGBUILD is abandoned for eight years. Maintainer eschwartz has not touched any of his PKGBUILDs for more than four years. Upstream repo last release four years ago. There are other one thousand ways of installing vim plugins nowadays.
