RubenKelevra [1] filed a deletion request for native-image-jdk17-bin

native-image-jdk17-bin is obsolete and can be deleted.
The package is currently orphaned and depends on jdk17-graalvm-bin.
However, jdk17-graalvm-bin already ships the complete Native Image
component itself, including bin/native-image, the SVM libraries,
headers, agents and related files.
Trying to install native-image-jdk17-bin therefore fails with file
conflicts because those files are already owned by jdk17-graalvm-bin.
jdk17-graalvm-bin also already declares `replaces=('native-image-
jdk17-bin')`, to reflect the fact that Native Image is no longer
distributed as a separate component in GraalVM releases.
There does not seem to be any remaining reason to keep the old split
package in the AUR.
