hildigerr [1] filed an adoption request for jsmn [2]: I'm using this so figured I'd maintain it. I'll get a notification whenever there is an upstream release on Github, then update the PKGBUILD accordingly. It hasn't been updated in 7 years, but as I use it more I may contribute upstream and/or address the pending issues and pull requests. If I do find an alternate solution and stop using this, I'll still maintain it to ensure a bad actor doesn't take it up.
