srousseau [1] filed a deletion request for scout-mcp-bin [2]: Upstream is gone: the scout-mcp repository (https://github.com/sebastienrousseau/scout-mcp) has been deleted and its release downloads no longer exist, so this package cannot build. The project continues as passmcp-server (https://github.com/sebastienrousseau/passmcp-server). I maintain this package and the upstream project.
