cyyynthia [1] filed a deletion request for pnpm-bin [2]: Originally distinct from pnpm as packaged in [extra] with a compelling reason to exist, as it did not require nodejs. Now that pnpm 12 landed and no longer depends on Node at all, this package is not needed anymore.
