Smoolak [1] filed an adoption request for python-pybase64 [2]: I would like to adopt python-pybase64. I maintain python-crewai and python-crewai-cli, which require it through ChromaDB. The current version passed our dependency checks. I would update it to 1.5.1 after testing the extension with Arch's Python and compiler. I would run the upstream tests and check encoding and decoding after installation, including binary inputs and invalid data. I would keep the PKGBUILD current as Python changes and respond to build or runtime problems reported by users.
