Smoolak [1] filed an adoption request for python-q2-types [2]: I would like to adopt python-q2-types together with python-qiime2. The available recipe still targets a 2021 development version, while I am preparing the 2026.7 versions of q2-feature-classifier and q2-sample- classifier for the AUR. I will update q2-types in step with the framework, maintain the dependency declarations and run the upstream tests. I will also test the plugins with compatible public dependencies and maintain the QIIME packages together as new versions are published.
