troldand [1] filed an orphan request for paper-desktop-bin [2]: The maintainer has been unresponsive for over two weeks. I left a comment on 2026-10-08 (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/paper- desktop-bin#comment-1087505) with no reply and no update since.
The package is flagged out-of-date and stuck at 0.1.10. It also depends on webkit2gtk, which Paper Desktop (Electron) doesn't use. Since webkit2gtk 4.0 is now AUR-only, AUR helpers end up building WebKit from source. I'd like to adopt the package, bump it to the current release and fix the dependencies to match upstream's .deb.
