FoxKyong [1] filed an adoption request for nperf-gui-appimage [2]: I would like to adopt this orphaned package and keep it current.
Reasons: - The package is orphaned. The orphan request PRQ#88627 was granted on 2026-10-23, after the package had been flagged out-of-date since 2026-02-18 and last updated on 2025-10-15. - It is out of date: the AUR has 2.15.9, upstream ships 2.15.11. - I already maintain an updated PKGBUILD at https://github.com/FoxKyong/aur-nperf-gui-appimage and have been bumping it beyond 2.15.9. Every bump is built and the resulting package verified before publishing, and I check that the AppImage really exists at repo.nperf.com before touching pkgver — upstream has no directory index, so a plausible-looking version can be a 404. - I use the package myself and intend to keep it current. - The former maintainer has no objection. AlperShal commented on the package page on 2026-10-24: "I would quite happily transfer the maintainership to you." An earlier adoption request, PRQ#88628, was filed through the SSH interface, which does not ask for a reason and sends "Autogenerated by aurweb (SSH)". This one supplies the reasons.
