dvzrv [1] filed a deletion request for tal-reverb2 [2]: tal-reverb2-vst provides /usr/lib/vst/TAL-Reverb-2.so which is provided by distrho-ports in [community]. Feel free to bring back the vst3 variant as tal-reverb2-vst3-bin (as this is a binary package and not built from source).
