MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gitaur [2]: Tool's developer was the package owner. They disowned this package, now it cannot be built because it relies on developer's other abandoned package which has broken dependency. This project's not maintained, source hasn't been updated in 5 years. Nothing depends on it. Safe to delete, guess owner/creator discontinued these projects.
