MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libclc [2]: Orphaned, abandoned package last updated in 2019.
Not needed by anything. It doesn't make sense to have this package anyway, since the extra/libclc package's architecture is 'any'. (It contains only include headers and architecture- independent LLVM .bc / bitcode files).
