For the non-VCS packages that are out of date, they're not even two weeks out of date. They should be given some time to update the packages themselves, calling them "unmaintained" is a stretch. I personally don't see a reason to orphan the other polymc packages at this time, FWIW, *except for polymc-git* which is run by a user who was previously banned for violating Arch's code of conduct (see [PRQ#37842]).
