pbasista [1] filed a deletion request for cc-tool [2]: There is a package called cc-tool-git which does not have an issue with "libusb_control_transfer (out) failed" error and which seems to be slightly more up-to-date. Although both of them seem to be missing the libusb dependency, the cc-tool-git package brings more value to the user, in my opinion, because it does not suffer from the above mentioned error. Therefore, I think that it might be reasonable to delete this package.
