MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gtk3-nocsd-git [2]: Unneeded, broken and deprecated package. The git repo has been archived a year ago.
The GTK3 No-CSD patch is included in the maintained AUR/gtk3-classic fork. I have commented a year ago about this, to inform users to switch over to AUR/gtk3-classic to continue to use the No-CSD variant of gtk3.
