Hi MITKBconnoisseur (Mitchel?),
It's OK if you don't agree with some of my principles as a maintainer
but that doesn't mean I'm not maintaining. It also most def. does not
warrant going behind my back to just try and kick me off of something
I'm actively maintaining.
This is a very rude and not a respectful way to interact with your
fellow human beings, imo especially so when they are providing their
time and knowledge completely for free.
If you have a problem with anything I maintain and it can be
demonstrated to be an issue in a clean build environment as documented,
I will look into things and make changes if needed.
If that works fine, I will not make changes out of principle. It's as
simple as that. I don't have the infinite time to cover and manage all
people's possible build environments, scripts or tools.
You don't have to use what I provide. If you don't like it or if you
want to have custom adaptations there's nothing stopping you from
managing a version yourself.
Regards,
Omar Pakker
