MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-gtkhtml2 [2]: Defunct, unused leftover, from a time when GNOME developers thought that rewriting a "HTML engine" from scratch is a good idea.
Gtkhtml2 code untouched since 2007 (v2.14.3 release of this source bundle called gnome-python-extras) (info from: NEWS file inside). Package untouched since 2015. Nothing depends on it.
