MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for buildbot-git [2]: Abandoned VCS package from 2018.
Broken: missing a python3 dependency. Also broken because one of the checkdepends is a python2/python3 dual package, and it cannot be built because of one of its missing Py2 depends. There is no point in keeping this defunct VCS package on AUR. Arch repo carries the stable version.
