MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-rios [2]: Unmaintained orphan Python2 library, last updated in 2016.
Source is 404. GDAL no longer supports python2 bindings, and there is no suitably old version of gdal in Arch or AUR. Its one dependent is also broken.
